Been doing it for two decades. Just becomes something you naturally gravitate to doing whenever there’s free time.

We need fewer people doing the same volume of work. But nothing beats having been there before. Knowing what to build and more importantly when, etc.

Many folks will never get going/started because they do things out of order or lose patience waiting for opportunities to develop.
