I would love to see Blackbird transition from being a restaurant loyalty app to be an exclusive destination discovery app.

You can product ladder from restaurants to hotels in phenomenal places easily. It also quickly increases your TAM (fine dining at a tropical hotel).

Token value would also translate nicely.

Totally agree — that shift feels like a natural evolution. From loyalty to discovery is a smart reframe, and laddering into hotels massively widens the aperture.
