Low carb onion rings and โfriedโ pickles tonight - both are soooo good For the onions: Slice your onions Add a layer of Parmesan on sheet, lay down onions in a layer Sprinkle seaonings - we did onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne and paprika Spray with avocado oil Layer more parm on top Bake 400 degrees for 15 mins We dipped in high Protein cottage cheese ranch ๐๐ผ so good

Did pickles separately:) Those are even simpler - just Parmesan cheese and pickles on parchment paper - 400 degrees until super crispy
