A marketing case study of trying to get Christin to buy something based off her fitness vanity!!!

I got into Strava again bc of /receipts (another kind of vanity) and signed up for Strava’s own branded challenges bc why not

One of them called The Feed called theirs an ATHLETE SPONSORSHIP

BUT their plan fell apart and I escaped 🐟💨

Bc turns out you need to buy $65 of stuff AND the “sponsorship” is a lame tiny discount distributed over 3 orders 🙄

Rug pull, I ain’t falling for that

What do you think is the marketing lesson here???

I think they got too greedy at the end, they could have had me if they just gave me a dang water bottle
