We're welcoming our first intern at @nodefoundation tomorrow. 

She'll be working with us this summer to create an amazing IRL guest experience when we open later this year.

I want this experience to be great for her.

I think i would have loved more advice but i wasn’t great at asking for it. So, be proactive and go with more unsolicited advice (trying to frame that here as not a bad thing).

Example:
Ask me: what are the 1-3 areas you see going from here
Tell me: here’s how i would advance in those areas if i were you
