I just got a gym membership. What should I do next? I have 2 goals. 1. Lose ~7 kgs to hit 75kg. That's my optimum height to weight tario. 2. Build flexibility and strength, especially undo the harm done by my desk job. Open to suggestions and share my results here on a weekly basis. cc: @iamtherealyakuza.eth

We seem to have the same progress for our 78 kg bet. I just can't seem to get under 80 even.
