I just got a gym membership. What should I do next? I have 2 goals. 1. Lose ~7 kgs to hit 75kg. That's my optimum height to weight tario. 2. Build flexibility and strength, especially undo the harm done by my desk job. Open to suggestions and share my results here on a weekly basis. cc: @iamtherealyakuza.eth

But so is wasting time due to inexperience, choose your expensive. Get a PT even if just for a week to setup your plan and form.
