how do you fast without losing weight or calories? I really want to do the whole 1 (or 2) meals per day, but it feels like it might have negative repercussions. how to fix?

You can eat calorie dense food during your one meal a day. Higher fat content maybe? You might feel sick though 🥲 You could supplement one meal a day and do shakes 2 times a day
