Anyone else need more hours of sleep when they're on their menstrual cycle? πŸ™„ πŸ˜’ 😩 Do you do anything to combat this or just accept it's what your body wants?

Yes, I need more of everything on my period πŸ₯Ή I’ve found over the years that it’s much more relaxing to be on the same team as myself than to combat anything 🀺

The body is more vulnerable to stress when getting to menstruate (bc it’s biologically super energy intensive). I try to take it easy the week before period through day 1-2, otherwise I def notice. Also a post-period tonic to avoid anemia over time can help!
