Picked up a Tout Terrain Pinion 29er in Hannover. 600% gear range, full dynamo lighting, integrated rack. Not a huge fan of the flat bars though.

What kind of derailleur is that?!

No derailleur! All of the gear shifting is handled by a sort of ‘gearbox’ at the crankset. Totally silent and maintenance free… heavy and expensive…
