Yeah anyone who wants can opt in! Flip the tipn action switch on at the bottom of the the TIPN section in tipnearn.com to opt in Any USDC tipn likes you send between 00:00:00~23:59:59 thursday (so like starting appx 2.5 hours from now) will go into a big tip jar (smart contract)
