From a technical point of view, the integration is done via the $TIPN mini-app. I assume it can be done from anywhere else too. So when a user agrees to contribute their USDC, the user signs that message and all tips will be sent to a smart contract. Then $TIPN triggers the distribution, i.e. is $TIPN the only owner that can trigger this distribution? Curious to see if the smart contract from @saul-games is open source too
