I’ve been posting on the Base app for an entire week — guess how much I managed to earn? Let me tell you, my dear followers: a whole $0.00. So what’s the takeaway here? If you don’t have a large account with reach, you won’t earn anything. Only if you already have an audience, you’re lucky enough to make money from it. But here’s the real question: if the Base app is trying to attract new users by giving out rewards, then people who create good content but don’t yet have an audience will be left with nothing. It’s the same problem we had in Web2, and now it has migrated to Web3: if you’re popular, you always get the rewards. If you’re not — you get ignored. If Base app manages to solve this issue, it could actually become a great platform. But for now, it’s just another app taking up space on my phone. Maybe my opinion will change with time, but that’s how it is for now.

Yeah, I agree with you. Need good interactions with the content and a new user is of course harder to achieve. P.s. The guy on the left is so tired he's staring at the back of his phone 😀
