Why do so many people struggle to understand that ETH has more than one use case?

My timeline is filled with people who work in media that are hell-bent on the opinion that ETH is primarily a gas token.

ETH is a triple point asset - it's not that difficult to comprehend.

The idea that something needs just one use case or vision is pure vc fud to try and win narrative wars and it's sad to see it's caught on

Real assets don’t work like that, it flattens the complexity of reality. For ETH, polynya's post does a good job laying out the multiple demand drivers
