I expect it'll continue to go up. Restaking gives an additional incentive to stake because now you can earn issuance, MEV, and restaking rewards. However this isn't a good thing like it seems on the service. ETH Staked % is on it's way to 100% and there's a bunch negative externalities that arrise in that world. There's a very strong case we don't need more ETH staked, that's why we're exploring changing (lowering) the issuance curve.
