I could see arguments for either if I were in their shoes. We definitely agree that trust is something the internet sorely needs

It's certainly a challenge after building a $10B jobs business by monetizing lead quantity over quality. I can empathize. But also, as a hiring manager, I don't like paying $500 a month just to have thousands of bad applicants. One founder I spoke with last week told me he promotes his roles on Linkedin specifically because it drives so many applicants that it seriously boosts his follower numbers. 🧠🧠🧠
