i've been tipping for a couple days, but still getting the 8806 allowance :/

looks like you still need to set approval + value for tipn likes (aka like to tip) 

once that is on, then your comment tips from your allocation will start flowing

we have a bot that should literally be live now in a second that will help nudge folks to do this for week 2
