technically speaking those aren't tacos, they are flautas :) if you are in mexico city, pay a visit to "casa de toño" order one "pozole surtido" and an order of "mixed flautas" (chicken, potato and meat) thanks me later ;-)

So true! Not sure why the menus in the northeast US always call it tacos de papa.
