I agree. I’ve seen a lot of racism in crypto too, sometimes openly, sometimes quietly tolerated. And honestly I’m not very reassured that there’s any real will to change that in the industry. It’s sad because crypto could have been one of the best chances to build something fairer from the ground up. The fundamentals are there, with tools for decentralization, access and empowerment, but not many people are truly pushing for that vision. If you’ve faced racism or bad behavior as a person of color, I’m really sorry. You deserve better. If there’s anything I can do, even in the long term, to support you or help move things in a better direction, I’d love to.
