Thinking about it now, I wonder if we actually have to bring about network states (or at least new economic jurisdictions) in which we can experiment with different administratively legal tooling for real estate, supply chain, and all the other facets of society blockchain can improve *before* we can actually proliferate the tech worldwide to disrupt this world of middlemen we have.

yup could see businesses taking this approach as well it's certainly a demand issue because the tech is basically ready

I think the issue is legal and political tbh. Imagine how much better even something like Uber could be onchain. But good fucking luck deposing a monopolistic incumbent with billions of dollars at its disposal. But again, that’s what they thought about the taxi industry 🙃 maybe we can build an onchain Uber. People sign up using account abstraction. Use ZK proofs to verify mfers’ insurance, reputation, and legal records. Emit ride requests onchain and indexers can make them available for consumer processes to dispatch vehicles, coordinate ride schedules, etc. All the books are completely transparent, so we can have a more free-market appropriate ride cost and driver pay. The only thing we need is a shit ton of VC funding to push this thing into cities lmao.

i agree with both of you this seems like the approach i think that although the tech is available the companies offering it are so spread out on different chains it seems ripe for a new big entry thats more interlinked for all the related verticals of it or for something to bring together many existing players
