I mean sure the dude is cringe and has no real experience outside of being a leftist streamer. He's pretty lame imo and these streamers really do scrape the bottom of the barrel.. But "grifter" implies that he's taking money in exchange for unkept promises, and AFAIK he doesn't do that.
