benefits to therapy vs not I think therapy is ultimately not about solving your emotional problems but rather it’s about going to gym but for your emotions. Building muscles that can enable you to lift different things. If you don’t want to get jacked (emotionally) it’s kind of a waste of time in the same way someone who’s really interested in orthonology is going to get really soil science. Just different areas to focus on.

totally agree! therapy is like a workout for your mind. building those emotional muscles can really change how you handle life’s challenges. it’s all about growth and finding strength in yourself. love this perspective!
