Important notes, please update asap! v1.4.18-p1 Changelog: - improved proof handler so libp2p doesn't drop messages - GetNodeInfo RPC uses master frame info - keys.yml no longer stays null if new - dockerfile fixes and changes - Mini-PoMW recalibrates on the fly - GetPeerInfo RPC now uses master frame info

The most important change for folks: mini PoMW updating on the fly will make the most of your system, if you were seeing low cpu usage before or were hitting issues with your hosting provider, this is really important
