very interested in the idea of tokenizing equity and making it programmable. imagine, for instance, that instead of getting paid dividends as a member of an LLC each quarter, you got paid dividends in real time when revenue occurs. incentives start to change contributor behavior quickly with real-time feedback

100%. In the same vein, real-time payroll. It would be so much better if your salary paid you every day, instead of the industry standard of bi-weekly / monthly. Although the other part of me wonders if this is a business shooting itself in the foot: What's the incentive to make big long-term bets if the business is structured to only prioritize real-time performance?

you can program knobs where a % of revenues goes towards dividends and another % goes to buybacks / treasury to reinvest in growth (and all programmatic) m
