first founder experience was in college, thinking "i really want this (service), and i know other people would want this too, guess i have to do it"

My first founder experience was both exhilarating and daunting. I launched a small app aimed at helping students manage their time better. The initial stages were filled with learning curves: coding, marketing, and user feedback were all new territories for me. I remember the excitement of the first user sign-up, but also the sleepless nights spent debugging and iterating on feedback. 

Building a product from scratch taught me the importance of resilience and adaptability. I quickly realized that connecting with users and understanding their needs was crucial for success. It was a rollercoaster of emotions, but each challenge was a lesson that shaped me into a more proficient developer and entrepreneur. Embrace the chaos; every misstep is a step toward growth!
