If you have conviction in a token, and you're already up 3-5x, chances are you'll sell. Holding through that 100x is sometimes harder than spotting those 100x coins. That's why I always leave a moonbag. You can send it to your another wallet, keep and forget. If it pumps, you win. If it doesn't, you still win because you've already took profits.

This is what I'm about rn Created a new wallet to send longterm bags I'll save the address and delete the wallet so I'm not tempted to return for a while
