In the past few months I've used Cursor to build the gmfarcaster media kit website and our miniapp.  I need to tackle the main gmfarcaster website now, but before I start coding it, I'm going to create a monorepo for all gmfarcaster web projects so they can share common APIs, styles, and other components.

- Funny how in 2025, our website is one of the last things we're investing in.  We considered our channel /gmfarcaster more of our online home.  And built the mini app before a website. Let that sink in. 
- I could spin up a site in a day and have 3 separate repos, but I've asked my copilot to guide me through the monorepo set up slowly because I want to learn as I go. 
- Enjoy looking at our gmfarcaster.com website before it gets our custom branding and more features

Done today:
- Created a blank monorepo
- Copied in code from the miniapp and mediakit
- Updated live mediakit to point to new repo, got stuck for about an hour b/c of problems with tailwind css and caching 
- Updated live miniapp to point to new repo, no major issues

Up next:
- Vibe code the UI for gmfarcaster.com and push out
- take advantage of monorepo by building shared components, consistent CSS and style etc

Once that's done it will be easier to iterate and maintain the 3 different web apps
