Thanks! I am doing bodweight training regularly and these numbers look superhuman to me. Can you achieve Elite strength level lifting only 3x a week?

No definitely not, but it’s risking injury if you jump straight into lifting heavy 4+ days a week Even if your primary muscles can handle it, your tendons + stabilizers need some time to work up to it Best path is do cycles of strong lifts until you have plateaued (not getting stronger), then shift to powerbuild
