- If you walk daily. - Workout 150min weekly - Eat no junk. - Eat plain simple dal rice tofu chicken eggs - Avoid alcohol. - Drink 2-4 litres of water - Sleep 7-8 hours - Eat fruits and vegetables. You are already doing what 99% people don't. Be proud of yourself.
