Some science-backed guidelines🧠 ☕ Too early: Within 90 mins of waking = suboptimal (messes with cortisol & adenosine cycle) 🚫 Too late: Within 8–10 hrs of bedtime = likely to wreck deep sleep (even if you fall asleep fine)
