I don’t have a partner now so I wouldn’t know. To me it just cuts out the middle man (lawyer) in terms of exercising the contract. Drafting and stuff still needs lawyers but let’s say an event triggers exercise I trust smart contracts to work

we are both impartial to it, imo it takes a lot of trust, a lifetime of trust to be married to each other, not just because it's official on paper, but to trust each other's well-being and journey together into uncertainties prenup looks and sounds like anti-trust to us
