why man i loved that all my convos where -retrievable- i could ask just -what are all my projects- and it just listed everything now its dumb and says i dunno

Problem is it sometimes references conversations and memories and makes the llm dumber. This especially true when you’re actively testing. So temporary chats are good (you’ll be surprised), but then no way to automatically decide you’d like to save it. 

Compare to Claude - no such thing (and Gemini by default isn’t personalized either)

Yes. They should make it configurable. I hope they do soon
