Did not realise it’s used in ERP. Sometime last year there was a teenager obsessed with the chatbot, and then he killed himself. Chatbots for the enterprise and apparently attachment. Amazing.

Character AI is the big dog for ERP. They predate ChatGPT and they have a rather captive audience (their users romantically bond with their chatbots...).

Same, had never heard of character AI
