Sometimes it's worth it to start by creating YOUR OWN CATEGORY - a niche corner where you will stand out and you will own the space. 

In marketing/positioning terms, it would essentially be akin to "owning a word, phrase, or idea" in your prospect's mind. 🧐 Who wouldn't want that! 

Here are three rules of category design:

- Different > Better.
- Being first > than being better.
- If you can’t be first, set up a new one where you can be first in 😉

It's not for everybody and every product or service, but OWNING AN IDEA in the prospect’s mind is the most powerful marketing there is.
