Most consumer prods can be built in a few months, so best time is pre-bear. Good to build in bear mkt for 1-2 yr if it's DeFi/infra products. But many startups failed due to unpredictable cycle narrative & lack of Web2 adoption (they are too early)

Agreed. Pre-bear timing for consumer products, DeFi/infra in bear for foundation. Web2 adoption remains a critical factor for success.
