10 years ago, when code was expensive, up-front Product Discovery work was crucial to reduce risk of shipping the wrong thing. 

But now, when code can be created in minutes through prompt, how important is product discovery?

token-related products seem to be the exception to this, at least in this space. hard to re-do a launch that burned people and attention. almost like a console video game

for everything else that can be iterated and improved upon, marginal cost of code has decreased so much that it's a different ballgame altogether
