The only true sign of PMF that Farcaster has had since I joined is the network (of builders).
Leaning into this will be a good thing.
How long will it last?
What are the revenue paths?
Time will tell.

Tired of not talking about this here.
I am the consumer product lead for America’s #1 online plant nursery. We ship millions of live plants and trees across the country yearly.
I started the role in April and it’s been incredibly refreshing. I was full-time crypto for 4 years and was in need of stability to move my life along (house, kids eventually, etc).
The role has been awesome.
We run a stable business, we look at gross margin, no speculation, steady 20% growth YoY. Great investors, great board, humble, scrappy team. I’m using AI to 10x the team & my productivity, etc.
My career experience for the past 6-7 years has been all hype-based. From Peloton pre-IPO, then the crypto space at SuperRare, then my own projects. All speculative.
Working on a real, revenue generating business has been refreshing, challenging, and reinvigorating.
I don’t know if I’m done working on crypto full-time, but for me, having my paycheck come from a stable business and being able to play and build in crypto as a hobby is just what the doctor ordered.

Onchain creators have morphed their work from 761, to 1155, to 20, a full round trip, from bubble to bubble, a literally insane creative journey.
There are few tools to help onchain creators live in a world full of coins.
I’ve reached out to some creators here a few weeks ago about an idea, then went silent.
Phase 1 is near ready. Expect dms soon.
Creators first. 🫶

A couple years ago, when I lost my job, couldn’t walk, and moved in with my in-laws, I was at a low point.
I was also at my highest point:
- Supportive family
- Supportive wife
- Ample time to reflect
When you feel like you don’t have much, be thankful for what you do have.
