Pollock with soy sauce in an aerogrill 🐟
A delicious and versatile dish for lunch or dinner.
You will need: 600 g of pollock, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, spices.
Preparation: Cut the gutted fish into portions. Chop the onion separately, mix it with spices and mash it with your hands. Add the vegetable oil, soy sauce and chopped garlic, and marinate the fish in this mixture for 30 minutes. After that, put the pollock in an aerogrill and cook for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. For more blushiness, turn it over once in the process. 0 reply

chicken meatballs in cream sauce 🐔
And to make it even more useful, we'll cook them in the oven, not in a frying pan!
You will need: 500 g of ground chicken, 0.5 bunch of herbs, 1 onion, 80 g of hard cheese, 1 egg, 150 ml of cream, spices 😋
Preparation: Grate the onion, chop the herbs, mix everything with the ground chicken and season. Form small meatballs and put them in the mold. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Mix the cream, egg and grated cheese, pour this mass over the meatballs and bake for another 15 minutes. 0 reply

Chicken with brussels sprouts in a sleeve 🐔
A dinner baked in a sleeve is good because you don't have to constantly watch out for something to burn.
You will need: 600 g chicken fillet, 400 g Brussels sprouts, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 100 ml sour cream, 2 tablespoons olive oil, spices.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into cubes, onion into feathers, and carrot into circles. Put everything in a sleeve, add sour cream, olive oil and spices, and mix thoroughly. Bake everything in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees. 0 reply

Tomorrow is my son's field trip, so I'll cook after the children go to bed...
My lunch box staple is "vegetable pork roll".
I used carrots and Mizuna made by my father-in-law for vegetables. It has scratches and does not sell as a product, but it is a wonderful vegetable.
It is best to use pork belly meat for pork, but I used shredded meat to save money.
The carrots were cut thinly, and I used the stems of mizuna. Roll it with pork, put oil in a frying pan and bake the surface.
I used soy sauce, honey, and sake for seasoning.
When you put it in your lunch box, cut it diagonally, and if you show the cross-section, it will be bright. 1 reply
