You will need: 500 g of ground chicken, 0.5 bunch of herbs, 1 onion, 80 g of hard cheese, 1 egg, 150 ml of cream, spices ๐
Preparation: Grate the onion, chop the herbs, mix everything with the ground chicken and season. Form small meatballs and put them in the mold. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Baked eggplant with minced meat ๐
Any minced meat is suitable, for example, chicken or beef.
You will need: 2 eggplants, 3 tomatoes, 300 g of minced meat, 100 g of hard cheese, herbs, spices.

You will need: 300 g of cabbage, 1 onion, 0.5 cups kefir, 1 egg, 6 tablespoons flour, a pinch of baking soda, spices.

Rice with tuna and vegetables ๐
Take tuna in its own juice, because it is healthier and there is no excess fat in it.
You will need: 120 g of rice, 1 can of tuna, 2 tomatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 squash, spices.
Preparation: Randomly chop all the vegetables and fry the onion and carrot until soft. Add the bell pepper and after another 3 minutes โ tomatoes and zucchini.
