When you want the lightest and healthiest dinner in the height of the vegetable season! You will need: 300 g of cabbage, 130 g of cucumbers, 50 g of bell pepper, 130 g of tomatoes, 4 spring onions, 1 handful of olives, olive oil, lemon juice. Preparation: Finely chop the cabbage, chop the green onions, cut the olives into rings and randomly chop the rest of the vegetables. Mix the salad and drizzle it with olive oil and lemon juice.
