Shakshuka🍳
You will need: 2 eggs, 0.5 onions, 250 g tomatoes, 0.5 bell pepper, 0.5 eggplant, 40 g feta, 15 g coriander, spices.
Preparation: Peel the tomatoes and cut all the vegetables into cubes. Fry the onion and add eggplant and bell pepper to it. After a couple of minutes, add the tomatoes and simmer for 6 minutes on low heat. Make depressions in the sauce, put the eggs in there and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs and spices.
