We're welcoming our first intern at @nodefoundation tomorrow. 

She'll be working with us this summer to create an amazing IRL guest experience when we open later this year.

I want this experience to be great for her.

What do you wish you had during your college internship or first job?

No idea, yet in the ag community we collab to host farm visits so apprentices can build community and see different operations.

Maybe too late, yet creating a cohort for them to connect with other summer interns might make sense.

No idea if this is remote vs in person.  Yet helping to build social capital seems a valuable assist for folks starting out imo.

I’m also a big fan of mentoring around journaling as a learning too - spending a bit of time at the end of the day.

This creates reflection points for the future.

Growing veggies for the fine folks of Southeastern Massachusetts, w/ a focus on nutrient quality. Always interested in the evolution of digital payments.  🎩
