The problem with the neo liberalism response to right wing populism is it boils down to basically " so you know all those rich people that got tax cuts and continued to exploit your labor? What about we give them more subsidies, and regulatory exemptions, and we won't make rainbow flags illegal and you can keep your broken social safety nets. "
