I don't see this talked about much, it's not specific to crypto. I've had 2 stalkers in my life and it was scary. First was a long time ago and the school got involved to transfer them out. Second was more recent and they stopped after 6 months but the police wasn't helpful

not something to talk about while it's happening since the person is literally stalking and after it happens usually try to move on / not dwell on it or feels weird to just bring up randomly
