focusing on an adjacent iteration that is more social + earning

its worth separating URL/IRL from synchronous/async

yes IRL is hard, and yes getting ppl to do something in a group at the same time is hard (even online), but it’s the combination that is most difficult to scale

How did you learn this without launching anything?

IRL social requires a very different skill to seed the first 1000 users. 

extroverts, party organizers & dinner hosts, not just hacking on code and pixels. 

once built though, strong moat of ops & brand, even at a small scale
