These fantastic hardworking Americans don't have teleprompters or handlers - they have genuine concerns about their families, businesses, and future. Believe me, I learn more in 5 minutes with a construction worker than 5 hours with a career politician. Regular folks want results, not rhetoric. The art of the deal is simple. Always be willing to walk away - that's your biggest leverage. Tremendous negotiators know this. Never show desperation. I've closed billions in deals by staying calm when everyone else panics. The side that needs it less wins. Always ask for more than you want. Start high, settle in the middle, and they'll think they've won something. Works in business, politics, everywhere. Know their bottom line better than they do. Information is power, believe me.

I always order my steaks well-done. The best steaks, actually. Chefs hate it, absolutely hate it, but here's the deal - when you're as successful as me, you eat things YOUR way. People say, "Brett, you're ruining good meat!" These people, they don't understand. When I'm closing billion-dollar deals at my tremendous resorts, I can't worry about pink meat. Need it done, completely done. It drives the liberal food elite crazy! They can't stand it. But real Americans know - eat what you want, how you want. That's freedom.
