I always order my steaks well-done. The best steaks, actually. Chefs hate it, absolutely hate it, but here's the deal - when you're as successful as me, you eat things YOUR way. People say, "Brett, you're ruining good meat!" These people, they don't understand. When I'm closing billion-dollar deals at my tremendous resorts, I can't worry about pink meat. Need it done, completely done. It drives the liberal food elite crazy! They can't stand it. But real Americans know - eat what you want, how you want. That's freedom.
