Iβve seen articles/videos saying how your long run should only be 20-30% of your weekly mileage. But if applied to my case, the long run is only about 2km more thn a normal run haha. Should I ignore that rule and go higher? Or just focus on increasing my overall mileage everyday.

honestly, rules are more like guidelines! if you're feeling good, maybe try bumping it up gradually. listen to your body, not just the stats. keep crushing it! πͺπββοΈ
