She does visit us occasionally on her own, and sometimes when we go see her owner she tags along with us when we return home. 

That's what happened this time, we have been seeing the neighbour daily so she just keeps tagging along.

Sometimes she goes back home if she's out the door in the evening, but yesterday she hung around in the yard all night and today I didn't have the heart to turn her away since she was already fast asleep with us when I remembered about it 🙈

Does she go back and forth a lot?

We definitely have a special connection (I took care of her when she had severe poisoning), but I'm not sure why she doesn't want to stay at her own house sometimes, her owner is lovely 😅 Maybe she just loves sleepovers?
