My immediate reaction is that this won’t move the needle on the nonexistent bike culture in the US. Feels more geared towards the adventure biking community. You see pictures like this in Europe and Asia in small towns - dumb, energy efficient bikes, for daily use. When Americans need to go into town 1/2-5miles away we’re still going to hop in a car 9 times out of 10.
